  • 240g (2 cups) All Purpose Flour
  • 240g (1 cup) Plain Yogurt
  • 200g (1 cup) Sugar
  • 120g (1 cup) Raw Shelled Pistachios
  • 120ml (1/2 cup) Olive Oil
  • 4 Eggs Separated (room temperature)
  • 2 tbls Rose Water
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Zest of 1 orange (blood orange was used in the video)
  • 2 tbls Barberries (optional)
